Discover new exciting food products with Tom. For 22 years, first in New York and now in the EU, he discovers the driving food innovation hotbed in the Benelux. The goal of “Curious Plate” is to discover interesting innovative products, that are produced close to the point of sale or consumption. Video journeys will make the sustainable food products accessible in the market place. The intention is guided by ideas in curiosity, independence and adventure – closing each episode with invited friends, chefs and guests around the table sharing opinions about the food on the curious plate.
